Sistema Winnipeg held its Family Night on Tuesday, March 18, and Wednesday, March 19. The young performers showcased their hard work from the past few months.
Family Nights are informal performances hosted by Sistema Winnipeg schools, bringing together students, families, friends, and the school community. Whether presenting a short excerpt from a larger piece or a full song performance, the goal is to connect families with the program and involve them in their children’s musical journey.

The evening concluded with a joyful potluck, where families shared treats that reminded them of home. Thanks to the Winnipeg Foundation’s Children & Youth Grant, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra was able to provide delicious, hot Filipino food, prepared by Mama Nor’s.
