  • Digital Programs: Get early access to digital programs for your concerts. Curious about a piece you heard a few weeks ago? You can also view previous digital programs!
  • Event Calendar: Stay updated with our event calendar, ensuring you never miss a performance. You can view details about every show and purchase your tickets directly.
  • One-Tap Donations: Supporting your Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra has never been simpler! You can make secure donations of any amount with just one tap using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Other Features: Access helpful information about venues and parking details to help plan your visit. You can also manage your account information within the app.

How do I download the WSO to Go app?

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for iPhones and the Google Play Store for Android devices.

 

How can I see my tickets on the app?

To see your tickets in the app, you first need to log in to your account.

  • In the app, click the icon located at the top right corner. Log in using your WSO account credentials. Use the same email and password you currently use to access your account at my.wso.ca.
  • Or scroll down to the My Tickets header and click on Log in to access. Log in as above.
  • Once you are logged in, you can click on the My Tickets option to see all your upcoming performances. Click on any individual performance to see your ticket details. Digital tickets will be available five days before the performance.

 

Can I still receive tickets by email or other alternative delivery method?

When you buy tickets, you’ll need to select a delivery method. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, your tickets will be available digitally on the WSO to Go app five days before the performance date.

 

Can I have both mobile tickets and paper tickets?

Yes. You can access mobile tickets through the app regardless of your chosen delivery method. Mobile tickets will be available on the app five days before the performance date.

 

How do I add tickets to my mobile wallet?

Mobile tickets will be accessible on the app five days before the performance date. Once they are available, click the “Add to Wallet” button and follow the on-screen instructions. If you encounter any issues adding tickets to your mobile wallet, please contact our Box Office for assistance.

 

I bought several tickets. Can I share them with a friend or family member?

Absolutely! You can easily share your tickets through the app. Once your tickets are available for viewing (five days before your performance date), open the tickets and click the “Send to Friend” button at the bottom. Then, follow the prompts on the screen. If you have any issues sharing your tickets, please contact our Box Office for assistance.

 

Will all of my tickets be available in the app?

Yes. All WSO concert tickets will be accessible through the WSO to Go app, regardless of the venue. Mobile tickets will be available in the app five days prior to the performance date. You don’t have to wait to check the details of your tickets, though; you can always see your performance date and seating information, even before the mobile ticket is visible.

 

Why am I not able to see my tickets on the app?

Ensure you are logged into your WSO account using the same email and password that you use for my.wso.ca. If you purchased your tickets by phone or in person and don’t have an account at wso.ca yet, please contact the Box Office for assistance. Mobile tickets will be accessible in the app five days before the performance date.

 

What should I do if I forget or lose my phone, or if I run out of battery and can’t access my tickets through the mobile app?

Visit the Box Office before the performance to print your tickets. Our Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to the show.

 

If I exchange tickets that I have saved in my Apple or Android Wallet, will they update automatically?

Tickets saved in your wallet will not update automatically. We recommend removing the tickets in your wallet and adding the new ones.

 

I made a donation through the app. How can I get a tax receipt?

If you donate $20 or more, you are eligible to get a tax receipt. Make sure you’re logged into your WSO account in the app before donating so you can get your tax receipt automatically. Use the same email and password you currently use to access your account at my.wso.ca. If you haven’t received your tax receipt within xx days, please contact our Box Office for assistance.

 

I am not very familiar with technology, and I need assistance.

The Box Office is also open on concert days, starting 90 minutes before the performance.
