The Gold Rush
Written, directed, and starring Charlie Chaplin, The Little Tramp heads north to join the Klondike gold rush in hopes of making his fortune. Trapped in a small cabin by a blizzard, the Tramp is forced to share close quarters with another prospector (Mack Swain) and a fugitive (Tom Murray). Eventually able to leave the cabin, he meets and becomes smitten with a barmaid (Georgia Hale)
Conductor Julian Pellicano leads the orchestra in this classic Charlie Chaplin silent comedy full of the humor, hijinks and tenderness that only The Little Tramp could capture.
