Julian Pellicano, conductor
Known for his versatility across a broad spectrum of genres, dynamic interpretations and meticulous technique, American-Canadian conductor Julian Pellicano is the Principal Conductor of Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and Associate Conductor of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. For more than thirty-five years, Steven Page has established himself as one of the most recognizable and enduring voices in music. The release of his 2022 album, Excelsior, has shown that he has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. Craig Northey, vocalist
Craig Northey is a founding member of the renowned Canadian rock band “Odds.” Formed in 1987, they crossed over into radio success, platinum awards and Juno® nominations during the mid-1990s and have maintained their vitality to this day. Craig is also known for his work as a film and TV composer (Kids in the Hall, Corner Gas, Hiccups, Young Drunk Punk, This Blows). Some of the people he has toured with, and/or made albums with, and/or written songs with are Steven Page, Warren Zevon, Strippers Union, Rosanne Cash, Colin James, Gin Blossoms, Glen Phillips, Jimmy Rankin, Adam Levy, Wide Mouth Mason, Jeremy Fisher and the Waltons.
Kevin Fox, cello
Halifax native Kevin Fox is a revered multi-instrumentalist, sought-after orchestral composer/arranger, music director/coordinator/producer and innovative recording artist. He has performed with and/or provided arrangements for Avril Lavigne, Art of Time Ensemble, Bahamas, Celine Dion, Chantal Kreviazuk, Cowboy Junkies, Delores O’Riordan, Greg Keelor, Jane Siberry, Jim Cuddy, Justin Bieber, Katharine McPhee, Lights, Olivia Newton-John, Raine Maida, Royal Wood, Sarah Harmer, Sarah McLachlan, Sarah Slean, Sloan, Steven Page, Tom Cochrane and Walk off the Earth. Playing the cello is Kevin’s first language, and he expresses it with soulful eloquence on his three solo albums – Come Alive, Songs for Cello & Voice, and Set Right.
