You are invited to the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra’s 2024-2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. The meeting is convened to review minutes of the previous AGM meeting; hear reports from the Chair of the Board, the Executive Director and the Music Director; present the audited financial statements and appoint the auditors; ratify proposed changes to the Bylaw; and elect Directors.

The meeting will be held at the Piano Nobile of the Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall (555 Main St) at 12:45 p.m. To RSVP, click the link below or email switiuk@wso.mb.ca. The deadline to RSVP is Monday, September 29th, at 4:00 p.m. RSVP is required to receive the meeting package.

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only current members* are eligible to vote.
