Education Programs Order Form

This order form is for all teachers except those who teach at Winnipeg School Division Schools.

If you teach in Winnipeg School Division, please use the Winnipeg School Division Programs Order Form instead.

23-24 Elementary Education Programs Request Form

Please complete and submit this form to request tickets for an education concert for elementary students in 23-24. If you teach at more than one school, please submit separate forms for each school. If you would like your school groups seated together, please include a note to that effect below.

If you teach at multiple schools, please complete this form for each school you wish to request content for as content licensing applies per school.
