Juliana Moroz

Canadian cellist Juliana Moroz was named to the CBC’s “30 under 30” list in 2021. She studies at the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings with Richard Aaron, Julie Albers, and Leo Singer. She debuted with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra at age fifteen and, in 2020, won the Women’s Musical Club’s McLellan Competition for solo performance with the Winnipeg Symphony. She has participated in the Aspen, Orford, Morningside, and Josef Gingold festivals and performed with such distinguished artists as Amy Schwartz-Moretti, Orion Weiss, and Lawrence Dutton, as well as with her family’s JAGD Quartet.
