Daniel Raiskin, Music Director, announces the following vacancy beginning in the 2023-2024 season: Principal Timpani

International auditions will be held on September 15, 2023, starting at 9:30 am at the Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall. The deadline for application is September 1, 2023.

CONTRACT DURATION: 38-week minimum season (three weeks of vacation included).

SALARY: $1,397.44 weekly

BENEFITS: Musicians Pension Fund of Canada 10%, Group Life Insurance, Extended Health Care, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Dental Plan.

The musicians of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra are members of the Canadian Federation of Musicians.
