This season, the WSO is offering a new Thursday Classics series. First, an early dinner at a nearby restaurant. Then, head over to the Concert Hall for a pre-concert chamber performance at 6:15 pm on the Piano Nobile featuring musicians in the making. Get your seats for the engaging 75-minute concert, which starts at 7:00 pm. Every work on the program will be introduced by the conductor, taking you inside the music in a unique and personal way. Finally, cap off your evening at the post-concert Q&A lounge with the conductor, soloists and WSO musicians. Enjoy refreshments and savour your experience.

The WSO is joined by renowned children’s entertainers for a fun-filled afternoon of music perfect for the entire family! Come early for pre-concert activities that include an instrument petting zoo, a conducting station, crafts and more. Pre-concert activities start at 2:00 pm and the concerts start at 3:00 pm.
Join us for “UnTuxed” casual performances by your Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. During these bite-sized concerts, you’ll learn how the piece was prepared and then enjoy a taste of orchestral music.
Enjoy lunch and listen… for about an hour!
