Patron Services Representative
Part-Time
The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra Box Office is located in the front lobby of the Manitoba Centennial Centre and operates as a full-service Box Office for the WSO and Centennial Concert Hall.
We are currently seeking detail-oriented, customer service focused individuals capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
The Patron Services Representative (PSR) will take phone and in-person orders for individual and subscription ticket sales, ticket exchanges, donations to the WSO, and ticket sales for Centennial Concert Hall events, as well as other duties related to WSO concerts in the community.
This part-time position requires a commitment of 2-3 days per week with the opportunity for additional hours to cover full time staff’s days off, peak periods during the subscription campaign, window sales for performances, and special invitations for WSO tickets such as renewal tables, and in concert promotions.
